Verdion promotes three to support European portfolio growth

Verdion has made three promotions across its pan-European team:

  • Daniel Carstens has been promoted to Senior Asset and Commercial Manager. Based in Copenhagen, he works across Verdion’s assets in the Nordics, including E20 Park Copenhagen, focussed on securing new occupiers and working closely with them throughout their lease terms.
  • Valerie Setz, based at Verdion’s Frankfurt offices, has been promoted to Senior Asset Manager following three years in the business. She focusses on assets in Germany and Benelux, including lease negotiations and working with occupiers throughout the term of their lease, as well as day-to-day asset management. Valerie is also responsible for identifying and implementing energy efficiency and sustainability improvements on an asset-by-asset basis.
  • Jamie Young has been promoted to Development Surveyor. Jamie is part of the team developing the iPort major multimodal logistics hub near Doncaster and supports on Verdion’s wider UK strategy. He is based at its London headquarters.

Verdion specialises in urban logistics, value-add, strategic parks and build to suit opportunities across Germany, Benelux, Nordics and the UK. As well as longstanding single mandates, the investor, developer and asset manager is currently capital raising for its latest European logistics fund targeting a total of €400 million of equity, having already secured early closings and acquired its first asset.
