Verdion has announced four senior promotions across its pan-European team.
- Oliver Kemper has been promoted to Head of Investment – Germany. Based in Frankfurt, Oliver leads on acquisitions and sales for Verdion’s funds across all German markets, as well as identifying and securing new opportunities for the business’s other partners and mandates.
- Sebastian Achten has been promoted to Leasing & Development Director. Operating across Germany from the firm’s Düsseldorf office, Sebastian has a wide-ranging brief, leasing Verdion’s pipeline of new accommodation across all German market and playing a role in the firm’s build to suit and strategic park development activity.
- Jacob Rasmussen has been promoted to Head of Technical Development – Nordics. From Verdion’s Copenhagen office, Jacob oversees the company’s growing pipeline of work across the Nordics, from urban logistics hubs to major strategic parks, including Verdion iPort Zealand, a €1billion multimodal hub set to capitalise on opportunities from the forthcoming Fehmarnbelt road and rail connection between Germany and Denmark.
- Simon Davies has been promoted to Technical Director – Sweden. Most recently leading on the completion of Verdion Park Södertälje, now leased to AstraZeneca and Söderenergi, Simon is instrumental in the delivery of the business’s Swedish development pipeline.
Verdion remains focussed on urban logistics, value-add, strategic parks and complex build to suit, transforming predominantly brownfield sites through technical innovation and deep sector expertise, and ensuring new assets make positive contributions to local economies and environments.
