Verdion and Tritax EuroBox plc have secured Scandinavia’s leading solar platform Aprilice for their new logistics hub, E4 Park Rosersberg, north of Stockholm.
The leading solar cell wholesaler will take the 5,007 sq m DC2 building at the park from 1 March 2024. Its new facilities include 4,034 sq m of high-quality, modern warehousing as well as mezzanine, offices and technical rooms.
Aprilice sells solar cell products to business customers throughout the Nordics and is the region’s official distributor for DMEGC, LONGi, Electrolux, Hyundai, Jinko, Huawei, Sungrow, Growatt, Solaredge, Fronius, APsystems, K2, Weland, Mafi, Aerocompact & Esdec, This decision is part of a wider expansion across Sweden.
E4 Park Rosersberg extends to 31,435 sq m in total, with direct connections to the E4 motorway and a journey time to Central Stockholm of 30 minutes. The development is strategically located close to Arlanda airport, Sweden’s largest and busiest passenger and freight airport. Targeting BREEAM Very Good, it has been designed with operational and energy efficiency in mind, built with roofs ready for PV panel installation and other sustainable features. Units range from 5,000-9,300 sq m, with the final building completed this summer.
